The residential complex in Tivoligasse consists of four solid wood components with 5-6 residential floors, which are supported on a reinforced concrete base structure with 2-3 floors.
The top edge of the ground slopes down around 2.5m along the approx. 80m long structure, so not only the basement but also partly the ground floor is in contact with the ground.
The wall construction of the four residential components consists of planked cross-laminated timber panels in the area of the transverse walls, as well as individual CLT elements in the area of the arcade wall.
The ceiling constructions were designed as single-span cross-laminated timber ceiling elements.
The foundation of the structure was carried out as a shallow foundation over a load-distributing floor slab made of reinforced concrete with a thickness of 60cm.
