• The building is structured around a central core that allows easy orientation and provides natural lighting and ventilation.
• Core functions are placed here so that they are easily accessible to all employees.
• The X-shaped design contributes to energy efficiency, with automatic sun protection, green roofs for cooling and a photovoltaic system.
• A 185 meter long heat exchanger uses the wastewater network to heat and cool the building.
