• 8 classrooms, 2 leisure classes, 4 additional rooms, gymnastics hall, central cloakroom, kitchen, dining room
• the three above-ground floors in timber construction
• Walls, ceilings, flat roofs were used cross laminated timber panels
• Wooden ribbed ceiling for load diversion of the recessed top floor
• Façade with an aluminium slat cladding
