Team event 2022
- Ideas competition within the entire Woschitz Group was started.
- 37 submissions from employees in the categories: "Quick wins", "Near future wins" and "Vision wins".
- The best submissions were presented and awarded at the team event.
- Employee ideas should improve process optimization, interdisciplinary exchange, sustainability and digitization in the Woschitz Group.
- The sports facilities at the Viva Steinbrunn event location were used by the employees after the team building event.
