• On Friday, June 14, 2024, the groundbreaking ceremony took place for the BRIO residential quarter at the Neues Landgut near Vienna Central Station, which is being realized by ÖSW.

• The project includes 175 subsidized rental apartments and will be built using wooden modular construction to save costs and make it easier to recycle raw materials.

• The architecture of the project was designed by PLOV Architekten and Dietrich | Untertrifaller Architekten.

• BRIO consists of three buildings and an inner courtyard, with completion planned for spring 2026.

• We are proud to be responsible for the structural engineering and building physics at site 12B and are pleased to be part of this pioneering project.
