• Directly at the location of the old warehouse on Ruster Straße, next to the railway crossing, a versatile business, office and residential complex with around 6,500 square meters of usable space is being developed. Here, under the motto “Building in the center”, the Oberwart settlement cooperative combines the most modern architecture and innovative spatial concepts.
