Sustainable construction in focus: Workshop for the SINK.Carbon research project
Workshop for the research project SINK.Carbon
Topic: Political-legal framework conditions for circular building with wood in Austria
Experts from sustainability, waste management, circular economy, wood research and taxonomies/regulations were on site to jointly analyze the current situation and discuss desired scenarios for optimal goals.
SINK.Carbon: A pioneering project for sustainable housing in wood
SINK.Carbon represents a groundbreaking residential building project that is not only economically, but above all ecologically sustainable. After the first construction cycle, the wood is reused elsewhere to achieve maximum reuse and CO2 savings. In this way, the project makes a significant contribution to combating climate change in the construction industry. We are proud to be part of this pioneering project and the development of sustainable building practices
to move forward.
