Building simulation research project starts its 4th research year!

  • The kick-off for the fourth research year of our project took place on March 12, 2024. Together with our scientific partners from the TU Vienna, Research Burgenland and our team of experts, we reflected on the goals achieved over the last 3 years.

  • The focus was on improving the energy efficiency of buildings through simulation and validation using measurement data based on an open data system. This foundation for future developments and working methods has been successfully created.

  • In the coming year, the focus will now be on optimization. We will advance this process in close collaboration with our scientific partners and the support of our programmer Zsombor Jarosi. The insights and results gained are also shared in specialist publications, magazines and conferences in order to contribute to the further development of the industry.

A special thanks goes to Thomas Bednar, Andreas Sarkany, Bernhard Steiner from the Vienna University of Technology, Rainer Partl and Johannes Schnitzer from the Research Burgenland as well as to Paul Track, Markus Steinwender and Christoph Bauer from Woschitzg roup for their valuable contributions and commitment.
