• As part of a successful training course on lean management, the Handler company presented its own implementation strategies for this concept.
• The training had the clear goal of conveying the lean management principles in an understandable manner and demonstrating their practical application in a corporate context. Interactive group exercises, such as producing error-free “arbors” using LEGO bricks, allowed participants to experience the principles firsthand.
• A central focus was on the fact that lean management covers the entire value creation process from acquisition to warranty. The training made it clear how targeted planning, continuous improvement and the focus on value creation can have a lasting impact on project success.
