• Last Wednesday, the ceremonial groundbreaking ceremony for the new residential project in Mühlgasse in Oberwart took place.
• A total of 14 terraced houses will be built here, which will be realized in several construction phases.
• The first construction phase includes four modern houses with 120 m² of living space, photovoltaic preparation and two parking spaces.
• Completion is planned for autumn 2025.
